Meet Your Coach
Ross Deuchar, PhD has a wealth of experience in life, performance and meditation coaching. He has a PhD in Education and Sociology from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and has over 25 years of experience of working in education and with clients in business, social care and penal settings. He has particular expertise as a certified Mindfulness Meditation Practitioner, having completed his training in this area with Mindfulness Scotland in 2020. He is a Life and Performance Coach who supports clients in a holistic way, often drawing on meditative approaches, dynamic breathing and visualisation techniques to help them find a level of equilibrium and to achieve their goals and outcomes.
